Im Vergleich zur Kontrollgruppe organsierten sie außerdem ihre Arbeit in den Klassen besser. Die Lehrer der Kontrollgruppe zeigten im Gegensatz dazu nach einem Jahr mehr Symptome von Stress und Burnout.
